Our Mission
The mission of this group is to promote the wise use of all kinds of natural resources available to us including air, water, earth and energy in such a way as to positively impact our local community and our local environment

Objectives
Air: to promote cleaner air, and less pollution by reducing our dependence on car travel.
Water: to promote conservation of clean water, by installing rain barrels, green-scaping, and reducing storm water runoff,
Earth: to promote wise land use, urban agriculture and green building, in such a way as to enable more local shopping choices and green space
,Energy: to promote energy conservation, and support alternatives to fossil fuels,West Walker: to maintain and improve the quality of life of West Walker residents through neighbors working together to help promote the sustainability of the community.

The sustainability group is a grass roots community movement that will focus on sustainability issues that affect the West Walker community.
